Our vision:
Our children leave Snitterfield curious, inspired, with a sense of their own self-worth while contributing positively to society.
Our ethos and values:
To work towards achieving our vision, alongside teaching our curriculum, we focus on character education and six particular character strengths that help define a Snitterfield pupil.
We focus on modelling and celebrating:

- Reflection
We believe that these 6 strengths enable the children to achieve both academically and socially. We celebrate lived examples daily and weekly around school. The children have become so good at recognising these strengths themselves that they recommend other pupils for awards when they have displayed the characters.
The school is committed to the safeguarding of children. The safety of our children is everyone’s responsibility and we are committed to working in partnership with families and outside agencies to ensure this.
