Last week, Class 2 welcomed Ms Pereira, mum to one of our Y6 pupils, along with her colleague from Warwick University. They brought with them lots of scientific microscopes, samples and specimens for the children to explore. Children were able to see a wide variety of flowers and bugs and were amazed at the detail they could see. Thank you Ms Pereira.
We are sending a team of Snitterfield Primary Schools finest athletes to compete in the South Warwickshire Athletics Tournament today Friday the 22nd of June. Please note that on Friday the 29th of June 2018 we will be serving: Breaded pollock fillet instead of fish fingers and rustic margherita pizza instead of veggie hot dog.
Lst Friday Class 2 welcomed parents to play some traditional board games with the children. All children behaved beautifully - even when they weren't victorious! We're looking forward having some more gaming fun today!
Thanks to Hilary and the Eco-Group club who have been hard at work preparing their 'Under the Sea' display board. It can be found at the back of the school hall and is a fantastic display that includes a wide variety of ocean dwellers such as Gulper Eels, Dugongs, Crabs, Coral and Flying Fish! Take a look next time you're in the hall for an assembly or fundraising event!
from FOSS and school to everyone that...set-up, packed-up, baked a cake, helped on a stall, got splatted and hopefully had fun at Snitterfield Village Fete 2018!
You helped raise a staggering £973.88 from the tea tent, face painting, coconut shy, 'splat your mate' and 'shoot and go'!
